Establish a personalized healing practice to improve your ability to navigate your emotions so that you can decrease negative emotional  triggers.

Create Phase

Take ownership and accountability for your actions by creating clarity about what is important to you, setting clear expectations in relationships, and implementing clear boundaries both at work and at home.

Maintain Phase

Follow a proven path. Chances are that you will encounter obstacles on your journey, knowing what to do in those instances will secure that you continue to make the progress you desire. In this module, you will dive deep into identifying a repair plan to help you stay on track and avoid self-sabotage.
